Event Date: April 3, 2010
The Turtle Ridge Foundation (TRF), established by Olympic medalist and four-time world skiing champion Bode Miller, his family and Cannon Mountain, will host "The BodeFest Ski Challenge" at Cannon Mountain Ski Area on April 3, 2010. 100% of the event registration fee will benefit The Turtle Ridge Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting innovative and progressive environmental initiatives and youth athletic opportunities throughout the United States. There will also be a Silent & Live Auction during the day to benefit the Foundation. The auctions are open to anyone - no event registration required.
EVENT DETAILS
- BodeFest ticket purchase inlcudes Kids* Ski with Bode, Fun Race entry, access to autograph signing, BodeFest Race bib to keep, and a BodeFest T-Shirt. Lift ticket or Season Pass is required in addition to BodeFest event ticket.
If you are registered, here are some other details you should know:
1. BodeFest registrations are non-transferrable. All of the names you provided during registration will be at registration waiting for faces to put to those names.
2. BodeFest registrations are non-refundable.
3. Bring your PayPal receipt and everyone you registered to Check-In.
4. Check-In is 8-9am in the Notchview Cafe, Notchview Lodge. Early check-in is also now scheduled for Friday, April 2 from 4-6pm - same location.
5. Everyone registered must sign 2 release forms (Liability & Photo). Kids under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them. SAVE TIME @ Registration: Download, print & sign the liability release & photo release forms...and don't forget to bring them with you.
6. Bib numbers will be assigned randomly and each person will have a bib assigned to them and put on a start list prior to registration.
7. Your Bill. The charge for BodeFest registration will be listed from Glen Group on your credit card statement. They are the agency that assisted with the process.
8. T-shirts. Everyone registered will get one. In the registration info we specified that we do not guarantee availability of shirt sizes. We asked for a preference for ordering purposes and were based on adult sizes. Because they are being provided at no cost to us by a BodeFest sponsor, a custom shirt order would just not be possible. We will try to get sizes as close as possible.
9. Autograph Session: Each registered participant will get 1-time access to the autograph session. You must have your bib to enter. You will be checked off as you come in. Kids may be accompanied by a (one) parent or guardian. Each registered participant may have 1 (one) item autographed.
10. Kids Ski with Bode. Registrants who are 18 yo & under may participate in this portion of the event, if they choose. Kids and Bode will load a lift open just for them and ski a trail (closed to the general public). Kids MUST be able to self-load a chair lift and ski unassisted to participate.

Registration is currently closed.
TICKETS
A lift ticket or season pass is also required to participate in BodeFest events. A special BodeFest lift ticket will be available for purchase for $30 (all ages) on the date of the event for those who are registered. Cash or credit card only.
