The Tuckerbrook Family Area is a completely separated (while still connected) learning area perfect for beginners and families. Tuckerbrook is unlike many "beginner areas" at other mountains. It is accessed directly from the Peabody base area, which provides full services and access to the entire moutnain, yet Tuckerbrook cannot be skied into from above.

So while many areas might offer great beginner terrain, often it is part of the main mountain and used as a highway by all skiers to get back to the base. Not the case at Tuckerbrook. See the map below...
