2023/24 Cannon Season Pass Refund Policy

Cannon Mountain will only consider credits or refunds for illness or injury or life-altering events that prevent you from skiing, with medical documentation - on a case by case basis. A pro-rated refund may be requested for illness or injury, but is subject to final approval and a $50 processing fee per transaction. As we enter each quarter of the season, a 25% reduction applies toward the pro-rated credit or refund.

2023/2024 Tickets, Lessons and Rentals Online Purchase Refund Policy
Refunds (fees may apply) for lift tickets, lessons or rentals can be requested up to 48 hours in advance of the effective date of the product, but refunds are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the effective date of the lift ticket, lesson or rental. This also applies to any discounted products or promotional items. Guests may update their date of arrival 24 hours in advance of the effective date of the product by signing into their account (use "Lift Access" tab on the left side and choose the reservation to be updated). Refund fees may also apply for refunds or cancellations on discounted products, promotional items or reservations. We do not issue refunds due to weather.
