You will save TIME and MONEY, when you pre-book your tickets online: https://estore.cannonmt.com/ Estimated time at the window for pre-booked tickets: 30 seconds. Time at the window for day-of purchase: up to 5 minutes per person.

Friday AM Report:
Due to the wind and temperature forecast, Cannon will remain closed for Friday, February 3rd
out of an abundance of caution for our employees and guests. It will be very cold and windy and we will be here making as much snow as humanly possible to turn the cold into white gold. Snowmakers will be moving on to the Front5 and unloading on Extension, Avalanche, Paulie's Folly, Banshee and Jasper's Hideaway.

No Skinning.
Skinning will not be permitted on Friday while we are closed. Please DO NOT access Cannon in any fashion on Friday. Additionally, we do not expect skinning to be available on Saturday as we do not plan to have access to the summit.

If you made a reservation for Friday, you should have received an email with information and options for your reservation. Guest Services will be open from 8am - 2pm on Friday. 603-823-7722 ext 786. Or email info@cannonmt.com with questions.

Saturday Plan - Open w/ Lower Lifts Only

Right now our forecast is telling us the cold temps and highest winds will be Friday, and conditions should improve slightly on Saturday am and even more during the day. So, we are currently planning to operate on Saturday with access to four lower mountain lifts only. We expect to have the Peabody Quad Chair, Tuckerbrook Quad, Eagle Cliff Triple and Valar T-Bar starting at 8:30am. We do not expect to run the Aerial Tramway or Cannonball Quad.

We will be updating this report on Friday with more firm details for Saturday, so be sure to check back. And check the Trail & LIft Report for details on what to expect for open terrain and lifts.

SUNDAY LOOKS GREAT!
The weather looks like it will completely rebound to more normal temps with highs getting into the mid 20's at the base. If you're unsure about Saturday, make Sunday your day to ski and ride Cannon!

IMPORTANT Lift Changes This Week:
The Zoomer Triple remains closed for repairs. Parts are expected by early February and at that point we expect another week +/- before an on-site installation. Our projected reopening of the lift is somewhere between February 13th and 20th, with an exact date TBD. Meanwhile, the Aerial Tramway will run daily to add access to the Front Five terrain area. Thanks for your continued patience.

Tram Non-Skier Tickets:
A limited number of these tickets will be available on weekends only. Guests SHOULD MAKE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE. Adult price is $25 online and $28 for walk-ins (if available). $5 one-time RFID card purchase required for each. Reservations available here.

Early season conditions exist with thin cover in spots and natural hazards. Please use caution and stay on open trails only.

PARK UPDATE:
A new box was added to the park on Tossup and Huckerbrook now has some small jumps to check out! Tossup has 3 larger jumps and a box. You'll find a small park on Lower Tossup near the base area with 4 jumps on 3 decks. Check it out!

Skinning Route Update - NO Skinning on Friday while we are closed. The skinning route is also not expected to be open on Saturday as access to the summit will be limited.
The skinning route is expected to be open when the entire route is open. Users should take the Chute at the beginning of the route and use caution, as it is narrow. A full day pass or season pass is required and skinning is permitted ONLY during open hours. We are not currently offering a skinning only ticket. Please use caution as terrain is limited. We appreciate your cooperation. See our Uphill Traffic Policy HERE.
