Parking & Shuttles
Follow parking lot directional signs and lot attendants when present. We currently plan to run shuttles on weekends and Holidays from our secondary lots with limited capacity, mask & social distancing requirements. Shuttles will follow the appropriate NH COVID Guidance for Public Transportation/Shuttles.
Plan to use your car as your lodge. Lodge access will be at reduced capacity and monitored with time limits. No gear may be stored in or outside of the lodges.
Parking Lot Rules:
- No pop-up tents
- No open fires
- Carry-In / Carry-Out trash
- Overnight camping / sleeping in vehicles is prohibited
- Overnight camping is only permitted in the Cannon RV Park (reservations required on www.reserveamerica.com)
- RV's and oversized vehicles: please see lot attendant when you arrive.

RVs & oversized vehicles will be permitted but spaces will be limited and you will have to see a lot attendant to be directed to RV parking if available. RVs will not be permitted in the Main Lot in front of the Notchview Lodge, Brookside "pods" or along the roads. Space to park an RV is not guaranteed. Overnight parking / camping is NOT permitted ANYWHERE except in the Cannon RV Park. Advance reservations are required. reserveamerica.com
Lodge Access & Restrooms
ONLY passholders and ticket holders will have access to the lodges and you will need to show your pass just like you do at the chairlift. Building capacity will be monitored and very limited with a :30 minute time limit. Lodges will not be accessible outside of the hours below.
8am - 5pm Weekends / Holidays
8:30am - 4:30pm Midweek / Non-Holiday
No bags, shoes or personal belongings may be left inside or around the outside of the buildings, so plan to gear up at your car. If you need to walk to the lodge in shoes or bring food, plan to take it with you in a small backpack when you leave the lodge. All unattended items will be removed.
Restrooms Available in all lodges. Wear your mask at all times and practice 6' social distancing at all times. There will be additional porta-potty locations on the parking lot side of Peabody/Brookside Lodges, at Mittersill, and at Ernie's Haus.
The Summit lodge will be open 7 days a week with Cafe, Bar, Restrooms & Seating. Access on the Upper Cannon side, NOT the Tramway/Vista Way side. The Tram Base Lodge will NOT be open at this time.
Lifts & Slope Access
Loading & Riding Lifts
- Arrive together, Ride together. Please only ride the lifts with those in your travel group or household. If you arrived alone, ride the lift alone. Self-grouping will be done by guests if they choose and masks will be required. We will not be grouping people together. Singles lanes and lesson-only lanes have been eliminated.
- To accommodate for proper social distancing, the wait times for lifts will likely be a bit longer and the length of each line may appear to be longer too. Please be patient and courteous with fellow skiers/riders/lift attendants. Everyone is in this together!
- Regardless if you've been vaccinated or not, face coverings (over nose and mouth) are required in liftlines, while riding lifts with others outside of your household or travel group and when unloading lifts.
- Backpacks must be removed before loading the lift.
The Aerial Tramway is not expected to run this season. See the Mountain Report for updates.
Skinning (Uphill Traffic)
Uphill skinning will be permitted ONLY during open hours, ONLY when an approved route is open and ONLY if you have a day ticket or season pass. We will not be selling a discounted "Skinning Only" ticket.
Lessons & Rentals
Snowsports School reservations will be required online and in advance. All programs will be modified and coach-to-student ratios will be reduced. Building access will be extremely limited. Lessons can only be booked for ages 7 & up.
There are no lesson "packages" this season. Lessons will be private (1-2 people) or semi-private (3-6 people) available to family groups or groups who have travelled together. In our online store, you will check calendar availability of lessons, then check availability of rentals, before you purchase to be sure all products are available. See online store for details.

Cannon will not be offering childcare/nursery services during the 2020-2021 Season.

The Repair Shop will operate with normal services out of the front shop windows. Please look for the signs.
Food & Beverage
Food & Beverage locations will still be available. Cafeterias will operate grab & go style (no cook to order or served food). The Cannonball Pub will be open for restaurant style service with limited capacity. While seated and socially distanced, you may remove your face covering and eat your own food in the lodges. Brown Bag style lunches only, no coolers allowed. Please note that all belongings and food must leave with you when you exit the building and may NOT be stored outside and around the building (hint hint.. wear a small backpack)
Will operate restaurant style with its full bar and a reduced food menu. It will be seated service only (no seats at the bar) with a 45 minute limit. Masks are required unless seated and eating/drinking. Entrance will be via the Peabody Deck and reservations will be required, see hostess to make a reservation.
Located slopeside at the Brookside end of the Cannonball Pub. Open 10-2 weekends, holidays, and vacation periods. Cafeteria favorites like chicken tenders, mac n' cheese, chili, burgers, fries, snacks & more!
Lafayette Cafeteria (upstairs Peabody)
Will operate grab n' go style, brown bag lunches are not allowed in this quick-turn area.
Powder Makers (formerly Notchview Cafe)
Will operate grab n' go style. Open Wednesday - Sunday 8:30am-3:00pm
