Historic and YUGE are the only words we can think of to describe what's happening for Tuesday - we're jumping from 9 open trails to 25 trails (the most open trails in NH), including EVERY trail on the summit (even Vista Way on natural snow). That's simply unheard of at Cannon for a non-natural snow can mostly thank our newly upgraded snowmaking system for that; although, we did get a little help from Mother Nature with 7-11" of natural snow since Saturday morning, including 4-6" on Monday alone. Lift tickets on Tuesday are just 2-for-$75 or 1-for-$39 (easily the most affordable lift ticket in NH)...come and get it!

Tuesday -
We're scheduled to open at 9am with 5 lifts and 25 trails (a few trails may open late). We plan to groom approximately 13 of 25 trails overnight, including Profile, Tramway, Big Link and Middle Ravine - stick to those in the higher elevations if you're looking for cruisers (see trail report for a complete list). For the rest on the summit, expect a lot of un-groomed, man-made conditions with pockets of natural snow mixed in - there are definitely boot-deep powder drifts in places out there.

Looking Ahead - Snowmaking is fired-up across the mid & lower mountain, as well as a number of trails in the Tuckerbrook Family Area, which will eventually help us connect the dots over to Mittersill. Expect more terrain to open fast & furiously over the next couple of weeks.
